Mango Blue Dream Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

I’ve been getting back into smoothie bowls! They’re super nutritious and filling. They’re also very easy to make. I added blue spirulina to this smoothie to bump up the antioxidants. There’s a lot of illnesses going on around this time and this smoothie bowl is excellent to build and maintain a high immunity. Definitely needed! Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Frozen Mango Chunks

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks

  • 1/2 Cup Oat Milk

  • Peach Coconut Yogurt

  • Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

  • 1/2 Tsp Blue Spirulina

  • Dazey CBD Oil

Place mango, banana, pineapple, and oat milk into your blender. Blend on medium. Once blended and smooth, add blue spirulina and droplets of Dazey CBD oil. Depending on how strong you like your CBD and more or less.
