Coconut Mango Acai Bowl
Ingredients:
1 Packet Trader Joes Frozen Acai
1/2 Cup Frozen Mango
1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
Coconut Yogurt
Granola
Orange Slices
Banana Slices
Mix all frozen ingredients into a blender. Add orange juice last and start blending. If your mix is still little too frozen add some more orange juice little by little. Once its a frozen smoothie consistency, place in a bowl and add coconut yogurt on top. ( You don’t have to make fancy swirls if you don’t want to lol) Then add granola and orange and banana slices, and voila! you’re done.
Super simple but lots of antioxidants to keep you energize and sniffle free!
