Keto Peanut Butter Cheesecake bites.

I’ve had such a sweet tooth being pregnant! Literally the preggo hunger monster Rawwwwr!! I had to find ways to satisfy my craving but continue to eat healthy and not go overboard. Here is a sweet and savory recipe that satisfies the sweet tooth but also won’t jeopardize your health.




Ingredients:

  • 4-6 TBSP Cream Cheese ( vegan or non vegan)

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Smooth Butter

  • 4 TBSP Swerve granular sugar

  • Dark chocolate chopped

  • Silicone tray

Mix cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl. Mix until you get a smooth creamy consistency. Add the Swerve sugar and continue to mix until all the sugar has blended in. Take a spoonful of mixture and place it on the silicone sheet. Continue to add spoonfuls of cheesecake mix. Sprinkle chopped dark chocolate on top of each cheesecake bite. Place silicone tray in the freezer and let it sit for 3-4 hours. Once Cheesecake bites have solidified, they are ready to eat! Let them thaw for about 5-10 minutes before enjoying them.
