Vegan Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Banana Protein Cookies

Protein. I’ve heard so many myths/things about protein. People have told me I’m going to lose all this weight and I’ll be malnourished because Im a vegan. Wrong. I can honestly say I’m the healthiest/fit I've ever been in my life and I owe it all to fruits and veggies. Here’s a plant based protein recipe to replenish you from a workout or enjoy them at your leisure.


  • 1/2 Cup Justin’s Peanut Butter

  • 3 mashed bananas

  • 2/3 cups coconut oil

  • 3 Tbsp Sacha Inchi protein powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut brown sugar

  • 2 cups almond meal

  • 1 cup gluten free oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1 1/2 cups of Lily’s vegan dark chocolate chips

    Mix all dry ingredients together. Mash bananas in a separate bowl. Combine all of the dry ingredients with the mashed bananas. Then add all the wet ingredients. Mix. Turn oven on to 325F and scoop a spoonful of mix into hands and form little dough balls. Place on a baking sheet, make sure the baking sheets is spray with coconut oil. Sancha Inchi protein is amazing and has full amino acid profile. This protein is also ideal for baking. The peanut butter in this recipe gives an added boost to your protein. Bake for 10-15 minutes and tah-dah! Eat these before or after your workout, or anytime you want a sweet treat with added protein.
