Banana Oat-Choco Almond Cookies

Goodmorning breakfast cookies! Who has time in the morning? Not many of us. Here’s a recipe to get a healthy energy booster with some added protein. And p.s. (They’re Bomb)

Ingredients:

  • 3 mashed bananas

  • 2/3 cups coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut brown sugar

  • 2 cups almond meal

  • 1 cup gluten free oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar free dark chocolate chips

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mash bananas in a separate bowl. Combine all of the dry ingredients with the mashed bananas. Then add all the wet ingredients. Mix. Turn oven on to 325F and scoop a spoonful of mix into hands and form little dough balls. Place on a baking sheet, make sure the baking sheets is spray with coconut oil. Bake for 10-15 minutes and voila! A very good and healthy morning to you.
