10 Minute Slow Flow Practice

Here's a 10 minute yoga practice for anytime of the day.  10 minutes can really change your outlook for the whole day especially when you're feeling wound up and tense.  Slow flow is my favorite because I can feel all the subtleties in my body.  I feel all my muscle working. Sometimes you don'y need crazy hard poses.  Simplicity is key.
