Pineapple Avocado Lime Smoothie

Its getting hot! My vibe has been tropical as of lately. Pineapple has always been one of my favorite fruits, I’m a tropical fruit girl. Here is a smoothie that has tropical flavors and healthy fats. The avocado gives the smoothie an extra creaminess which is amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple

  • Half of a medium sized avocado

  • A squeeze of lime

  • A squeeze of orange

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 Tsp Agave

Blend all the ingredients up in a blender. If you don’t have frozen fruits, you can add ice to your blender. Serve in a cup. Depending on how much lime you want you can squeeze some more on the smoothie to top it off. You can add vanilla protein to this if your looking for more protein. Enjoy!
