CBD Flow Workshop

This workshop focuses on a healing slow-flow yoga practice, infused with the powerful benefits of CBD: a cannabis extract that heals the body without psychoactive effects.  This is an 1 hour and 20 minutes slow paced vinyasa flow with restoration, and a hint of meditation. I focus on alignment through dynamic movement. I will be serving CBD wellness shots before practice. The CBD will relieve any aches and pains, while helping to deepen your relaxation in your yoga practice.
