Salt Lamps and Candle Light
We live in a world that obligates us to work non-stop. We work to pay the bills, we get home just in time for not enough sleep, then we wake up to get right back to day-dreaming about time for ourselves. When do we stop to ask ourselves what we need? How can we satisfy our souls?
Give yourself a few minutes during the day to check in with yourself. Our bodies are not factory machines, running non-stop until we go obsolete and get replaced. We need time to rest and find peace.
Tonight I focused on self care and dedicated some time to my yoga practice.
