Power Flow

Sometimes you need a change.  I love my slow flow practice, that is my bread and butter...

But sometimes when I'm feeling more aggressive than usual, I like to practice a power flow.

Sometimes you need to let off some steam.  I like to submerged myself in my practice. 

Still my mind, and let the emotions run through me from my asanas.

Power yoga builds stamina and strength, and cuts the edge of any overwhelming emotions I'm having.  You can call it my stress relief.
