Apothe-Cary Series: Blue Spirulina CBD Smoothie

2019 is here! Kickstart your year with this body nourishing smoothie. Like regular spirulina, blue spirulina has a ton of antioxidants to boost your immunity and overall health. What I love about blue spirulina though is that it’s amazing for athletes because it has anti inflammatory properties. CBD is also excellent for inflammation and recovery as well. Doing yoga 6 days out of the week, this is perfect to keep me in optimal shape.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen mango

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Tsp Blue Spirulina

  • 2-3 drops of CBD Tincture

  • Almond Milk

Mix all ingredients into your blender and mix! It’s ready when you get a smooth creamy consistency.
