M a n g o Berry Smoothie with Ora Organic
I am definitely a smoothie advocate. Everyday I have one or more. Smoothies are an excellent way to surge your energy, filling your body with vitamins and minerals. Eating your fruits and veggies normally works great, but I love how you can pack all those essential vitamins together into one smoothie. This is where my friends at Ora Organic come in. They are incredible!
Ora Organic make sustainable plant based supplements. Conscious about the earth and humanity, they strictly stay away from synthetic chemicals. Instead, they use organic sustainable resources: plant based protein and micro-algae, packed with Omega 3! Those of you who know me probably know I’m jumping up and down about that right now (I’m such a hippie).
I just tried their Trust Your Gut organic probiotics with prebiotics powder. Probiotics play such an important role in our bodies. Consider your whole body a micro biome. Our biomes get thrown out of balance by many things in our modern environment: synthetic medications, GMO foods, alcohol, free radicals etc. These all cause lots of stress in our bodies. Pro and pre-biotics help keep our biomes in balance by flushing out the bad and replacing them with the good. It keeps our bodies strong and stress free, and also builds up our immunity, making us much more capable to take on this world! (rather than being overwhelmed by it)
So with that said, I made a smoothie recipe! (and it’s delicious)
1/2 Cup of Mix Berries
1/2 Mango Chunks
1 Scoop Ora Prebiotic/Probiotic Powder
1 Cup Almond Milk
A Splash of Water
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix. You can use frozen or non frozen fruit, your choice (I prefer frozen fruit). I usually leave my blender on for about a minute because I like my smoothies to be Super Smooth!
Pour into your favorite glass, drink up, and vibe out.
Their apple rasberry nutrient powder is so yummy! I like how their flavors compliment the frozen berries I’ve added in my smoothie. It tastes great, looks great, and it’ll make you feel great (literally a happy gut)
Definitely give this recipe a try!
Stay Happy & Healthy,
