This is the first of a series.. Meditation sessions. My students have been asking if I record mindfulness audio sessions. I thought it was a great idea. And so now, here it is...
This meditation session is all about Yoga Nidra. Its a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that induces mental, physical, and emotional relaxation. In this session, I'll be going through a full body scan as you sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Just remember to find a comfortable position. You can lay down or sit in a comfortable chair.
