As an ode to Earth day, lets talk about sustainability. I'm all about sustainability. I believe we need to live with mother nature, not kill it and claim it as ours. Sustainability is the way of life. I try to give back as much as I can to this beautiful planet earth.
My Fjallraven Kanken backpack is a way I give back.
Kanken is a eco friendly company. They're a Swedish company that started in the 60's that make sustainable backpacks and mountaineer gear. Their mantra is "Straight backs are happy backs" I couldn't agree more. Being a yoga teacher, I always emphasize spine health to my students, it's SO important!
Kanken gives back by donating funds to help save the Scandinavian Arctic Fox. Sadly, the Arctic Fox is under extinction due many people hunting their fur coat.
Their backpacks are functional, and durable. As I start turning towards a minimalist lifestyle, Kanken backpacks are a go to when you want something stylish yet dependable.
I love my Kanken. I carry my notebook, my kindle, and essential oils everywhere I go and my back fits everything I need without giving me back pain. Such a relief!
