This workshop focuses on a healing slow-flow yoga practice, infused with the powerful benefits of CBD: a cannabis extract that heals the body without psychoactive effects. Consider this a slow paced vinyasa flow with restoration, and a hint of meditation. I focus on alignment through dynamic movement. I will be serving a nice hot cup of CBD tea before practice.
